Top hung / Top guided Window

This window is fitted with hinges mounted on the over section of the sash

and frame. When opening the window the bottom section of the sash

opens outwards and the upper section moves slightly downwards.

Hardware includes a satin matt handle which is located in the middle of the bottom section of the sash.

The sash can be held in a ventilation position giving an opening of 1-2 cm.

This window can be used as an escape window as long as it has the following minimum dimensions.

Sash height 500mm and frame height 988mm.
